"Conveniently located just a short walk to both gondolas at Steamboat, the Grand was a great stay for our family’s ski trip. I would shop it against the Sheraton next door for a price comparison as we had friends staying there and it was surprisingly upscale and closer to the slopes. "

"Excellent service in an upscale B&B. Breakfasts were top shelf and there is a menu for you to make you selection the night before. Excellent wine and snacks each afternoon. A staff that really cares, all of them. "

"Rooms for two need two relaxing, sitting chairs, not just one. Heat was not always adjustable but opening the outside door a crack at night helped. Extra charge for limited exercise facility is excessive. Reading lighting at bedside needs a switch closer to bed to alleviate getting out of bed to turn light on and off."

"The Nordic Lodge was quite a surprise. The facilities were nice and warm. The temperature was quite cold when we visited. Parking was convenient, we walked to most of our dining destinations and the public transportation (bus) was great. The bus brought us from Nordic Lodge to the ski resort and back for free. It's a good place and we would stay again."

"La quinta hotels are always the same: budget friendly, with decent breakfast compared to other options. Usually la quinta offer free parking but not this one. The location is great, as it is not too far from the ski resort, and there is a bus one can take just right outside the hotel. The hotel looks brand new and has large rooms. It is clean and that is always a huge plus. My only issue was the mattress, which was way too plush, and uncomfortable to sleep on. I almost decided to sleep on the...
