"Upon arrival, we got to our destination earlier that expected and the front desk receptionist gave us the opportunity of early check in. To our surprise, we had an excellent view of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding mountains with snow. It was an amazing view while having our hot chocolate in our room as snow flurries fell. "We love The Ridge. Have been coming since 1988. Would recommend for families. This particular location was great. The power in the bathroom went out our last day, but it was just the toilet/shower area so it wasn't a big deal to work around it. The both hot tubs in the building were not working and it looked like the out of service sign had been there for a while. So expect to trudge to another building if you want to go in a hot tub. "
