"The views are hands down insane! You won’t find those kind of views anywhere else on the island. Make sure to wake up early to catch the sunrise. The mattress was hard and I believe does need to be replaced along with a couple pillows and the comforter was scratchy. There was no soap in the bathroom pump. "We chose this property to avoid the noise/crowding of the Cruz Bay area and indeed it delivered the quiet and seclusion that we sought. We found the drive to the North Shore area to be no problem and we were super close to the Salt Pond Bay which was fantastic. The choice of places to eat nearby is limited but we really liked Skinny Legs and another nearby restaurant enough that we didn't venture beyond Coral Bay for evening meals. "This was our third trip to St John, so we obviously love the island. And if you could create the absolutely perfect place for a couple to stay, Skyloft is that place. Killer view, fifteen minutes from all our favorite east side beaches and snorkeling spots and very comfortable. Skyloft is well-appointed and maximizes outdoor living space in a place where that’s exactly what we want to do! It’s just a gorgeous place. Reviews suffer from grade inflation. If it were allowed, this place is 6 stars!"
