"We enjoy this property for it's affordability and amenities- pool, outdoor shower, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, fans/AC, multiple seating areas inside and out, great view, etc. We love the uncrowded beach down the hill for snorkeling, kayaking and watching the sunset. You'll need a Jeep to visit the various beaches and hiking areas, so when you want a day to relax, you have everything you need at the house and short walk to the waterfront. "Liked the fact that there were two separate apartments but could gather in the evening on the top deck and enjoy the views. My brother and his adult son stayed in one unit and my husband and I were in the other. The area was quiet and felt safe. It was easy to find with the directions given. I have been to St. John’s several times and the Fish Bay Area is my favorite area to stay."

"Good house, great pool set up, great location, close to town. Cons would be it def needs some updating and TLC. 2 Twin bedroom and futon room are completely separate from each other and the only access to both is an outside stairway. It's not ideal for small children. Overall I would stay again."
