"I actually didn’t end up staying at Margaritaville. I booked there but when arrived, they didn’t have any rooms (booked due to cancelled flight). They went way beyond expected to find me a room. I really appreciate everything the staff did to get me a room for the night!!!"

"Internet does not work well. There is a lot of maintenance issues. Remember that you are on island time as the wait staff in the dining area are very slow, hardley speak English and one of them is almost rude. Chairs should be sectioned off for guests when the cruise ships come there for excursions. However, we will always come back here. We absolutely love the vibe, the bartenders, the beach, the pool and room views. Josie, who runs the little coffee stand is THE BEST! Always a smile and a good morning. We have been there two years in a row now and plan to come every year. Thanks Emerald!"
