"First screened in porch/balcony with no insects and the view of Coral Bay and town! All the basics for cooking and barbecuing needed. Ann was ever so responsive the morning after we arrived to help us access wifi and use TV. We broke coffee caraffe first morning and she was there by noon with a replacement. We're going back next February. "

"Very special and sweet retreat. We had a lot of fun. The teahouse itself is so well crafted! we loved the view, outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen. We made dinner 5 out of 7 evenings and had breakfast several days. First visit to St. John, was not prepared for the drive up the hill to the property. We got use to it quickly, but it is a steep climb. Driving on the entire island is a challenge but worth it and kind of fun! Thanks for the beach gear and cooking supplies. On site manager was awesome...

"We’re returning visitors to Ric & Lolita’s place. The location is close to multiple sand beaches for snorkeling and swimming. Beautiful hikes are also nearby. The views from the house are incredible, with several places to enjoy those wonderful views while dining. The structure of the house, with high ceilings keeps it nice and cool.
