Enjoy hours of serene beauty gazing out to the incredible 180-degree unobstructed views from our private villa’s 49 foot classic Caribbean veranda or your own private pool towards St. Thomas, Little & Great St. James, French Cap and the expansive ocean surrounding you. The sea air will draw you across the veranda with new modern upholstered furniture arranged for relaxation and dining or where you can curl up with a good book.
The villa’s large all new windows and doors open up the view and bring the Caribbean Sea right into the house! You can see in the photos the new Turkish Marble that has been installed throughout the villa. To complete your aesthetic experience, Sea Cruz is beautifully appointed with new upscale modern furniture. This two bedroom, two bath, air conditioned villa will wrap you in Caribbean style and luxury.
Sea Cruz is just ½ mile from Starfish Market and only a few minutes from the heart of downtown Cruz Bay. Cruz Bay dining ranges from world class restaurants all the way down to the famous Caribbean beach bars serving painkillers and rum punch. Take some time and experience them all.
For those who want to stay close to home, enjoy the entertainment center which includes 2 large screen LCD TVs with sound bars and sub-woofers, DVD players and library, and Bluetooth connection to speakers.
The villa has an open living space encompassing living, dining and kitchen with stunning water views throughout. The Gourmet equipped and richly appointed kitchen will make it easy for you to have breakfast by the pool or enjoy a special dinner on your private veranda with the twinkling lights of St. Thomas in the background. Or, if you choose, you can go out for dinner. After all, you are within a mile of Cruz Bay and all of its great restaurants and shops.
The Master Suite has a fantastic view from the elegant king size bed. There are matching nightstands and dresser. Air conditioning, ceiling fan, a 50” LCD TV with sound bar and subwoofer, a Blue Ray DVD player and a Bluetooth input for your telephone or iPad. Adjoining is a full size bath with a mahogany cabinet with marble topped sink and a beautiful marble shower with decorative etched glass .
The second bedroom is quietly elegant with a private sitting room and a bedroom with a stately queen bed. The bedroom and sitting room also have fantastic views and air conditioning and ceiling fans are present. What a wonderful place on an amazing island! This was our first time here and the home was just perfect with the most incredible views. George, the property manager, was a very kind and helpful man. We had no major issues and we knew we could reach him on a dime. We’ll be back!

Loved our stay at the Sea Cruz, spectacular views off the balcony, amazing sunsets! This house was very clean and comfortable, well stocked kitchen, close to town and all the great beaches. George was very helpful, meeting us as we arrived and welcoming us to the Sea Cruz property.

Family Christmas Away from Home
WE decided to take our traditional family Christmas on vacation and we couldn't be more happy with the result. The house was amazing and the help from George (manager) was above and beyond anything we could have expected. We are looking forward to someday returning for what was a relaxing and sunfilled week with family.

Great location with an unbeatable view of the sunset! The property manager, (George) was wonderful to work with. Overall, we found the property and grounds to be in good condition but there were a few minor issues that required repairmen to be on-site several days during our stay. The issues included several burned out LED lights, an a/c unit needing coolant and one of the showers not draining. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Great outdoor space with180 degree view facing west and those sunsets. As noted in other reviews, driveway is a little tricky (we ended up backing in). Open floor plan with 2 bedrooms suites on one level that is located just a couple minute drive from the barge ferry. Pool is the best way to end the day. Great spot. Caretaker was very available.

A week in paradise!
Just finished off our family vacation in St John and this villa was just perfect for us. Excellent location, updated and modern kitchen and baths, breath taking views. George, the house manager met us at the ferry and lead us to the Villa which was super helpful. Yes, the driveway is narrow but you'll get used to it. The pool was perfect for late afternoon dips after the beach. Location can't be beat especially if you're staying with kids. 5 min drive to the Westin where we chartered boats out of (highly recommend doing a boat day to BVI's with Cruz Bay water sports and ask for Captain Craig) and also 5 min from Cruz Bay and Mongoose Junction. Rent a jeep and beach hop - favorites were Maho, Francis and Cinnamon. House comes with 4 beach chairs, adult snorkel gear (we purchased kids gear and left it for the next guests!) and cooler. Plentiful towels and toiletries. Only thing that could use improvement are the pillows in the master bedroom, other than that I wouldn't change a thing! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home - we will be back!

Absolutely perfect!
This house was amazing!! The property manager, George, called me a week before our visit to check in and give me the details about our arrival. When we got off the ferry, he met us at the parking lot and gave us an overview of Cruise Bay. We followed him up to the house where he went over all the details about the house. He answered all of our questions and told us to call anytime during the week if we had any questions. Our group was 4 friends on a birthday trip and the house was perfect!! The views were absolutely stunning, overlooking Red Hook and St. Thomas. The house had everything we needed including beach towels and beach chairs! The driveway is a little bit scary to back out since the house is on a steep hill of but it took a few try's and we were fine! The pool was beautiful, we didn't spend much time there just because the beaches on St. John are so incredible, we spent all our time there! This house is amazing, the most beautiful views and fully stocked!! Can't wait to go back!!

The Sea Cruz Villa was a wonderful place for our vacation with 2 couples for a week on St. John. The location was quiet but close (5 minutes by car) to the town center, and the view was nothing short of spectacular. We enjoyed the layout of the villa, each couple having their own bedroom and bathroom, with the common kitchen/dining and veranda. We enjoyed the sunsets from the veranda, watching the boats and weather come and go. We cooked a number of meals in the kitchen, which is fairly well equipped with pots and pans, knives and silverware. No oils/spices are provided, but we were able to find what we needed at local grocery stores. The grill was great - complete with a stunning view for the grill master. The 4/5 stars for location were due to it being difficult to do any walking from the villa - only down (and then back up) the very steep, switchback private drive. This was great for interval training, but less great for folks with limited endurance or mobility concerns. We had a situation w/ the water which was promptly addressed by George, the property manager, who is fantastic, and made our time at the Villa, and on St. John smooth and relaxed. The owners were responsive to questions/concerns regarding our stay. We enjoyed exploring various parts of the island and all agreed Trunk Bay was our favorite, followed closely by the Reef Bay Hike. We hope to return someday to this amazing spot! thank you, Sea Cruz Villa.

Gorgeous island condo with unbelievable views
The condo itself is quite beautiful, spacious, and ideally situated close to Cruz Bay. Driving up Jacob's Ladder to get to the place is not too daunting on dry roads. The pictures correctly convey the look of the place, but cannot do justice to the panoramic view provided by the large covered patio. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and all that you would need to make your own meals (as well as pina coladas and margaritas!). The pool does not appear to be heated, so it gets a little cool in the evening in the winter (which is when we were there), but during the summer, we imagine that that would be quite refreshing. There are multiple ceiling fans and a/c units in the condo, making it super comfortable for those of us who run hot and need cooling. The condo has beach chairs and beach towels available for use. George, the property manager, was extremely helpful, communicative, and responsive. He met us at the car ferry when we arrived, and gave us a thorough tour of the condo. He was available by text during our entire stay.

Disappointed
It is hard to put in to words how disappointed we were with this rental and owner. Let me first say that the location is perfect and the view cam not be beat. HOWEVER, I would strongly caution anyone that is thinking of renting this villa. The little things, we could have overlooked. There were mosquitoes in the house, mostly master bedroom, and we were eaten alive while we slept. The dryer did not work and we resorted to hanging our towels out on the railing to dry at night. But at the end of our week long trip, the Villa was broken in to and our personal property was stolen. It was obvious that the perpetrators broke through a window in the bathroom our kids were using. When we notified the property manager and owner, they did not believe us. They questioned us and told us that break ins don't happen on the island. We filed a police report and the police told us that they were aware that the owner deactivated the security system to the Villa some time ago. We did not feel safe to continue our stay at the Villa and went to stay at the Westin. The owner chastised us for this choice and was very unprofessional regarding this matter. We would never want to see anyone else go through what we did. Do your homework and find out if they have reactivated their security system and repaired all points of entry to the home.

Amazing Views
This house offers great privacy and has an amazing views looking towards St. Thomas. The close proximity to the grocery store and Cruz Bay makes it a superb location. The house is clean and had everything that we needed. The property manager, George, could not have been more accommodating and was extremely efficient in responding whenever we reached out to him. We look forward to visiting again.

Amazing View!
This is our second time staying at this villa, and again exceeded expectations! The views off the back deck are spectacular. The beach chairs and coolers are perfect for a great day at the many beautiful beaches. The house is very clean and well equipped. And George, the property manager, was very welcoming and helpful. The rolling power outages affecting St John Island, did result in occasional 2 hour power/water outages. All in all, another great week at the Sea Cruz Villa, filled with amazing sunsets, great beach days, and awesome snorkeling! We will definitely stay here again.

Best views on the island!
Our stay could not have been more perfect. Beautiful views from every room in the house. This home was very clean and well keep. Kitchen had everything you would need for cooking. Location was close and convenient to town and best beaches. George was very easy to communicate with and checked on us several times during our stay. We would highly recommend staying here!
