"A very well located hotel with great decor! Our room and bathroom was clean and fresh! A good sized twin room with enough space for 2 sharing adults. We had a good night sleep without any disturbance from traffic noise or other guests. Breakfast was plentiful and cooked well, with great vegetarian options. This hotel is right opposite the cathedral and on a high street with many restaurants and coffee shops. Thank you to the staff at reception and breakfast for a great service with a smile."

"Breakfast was excellent with a good choice and good service . Came back to our room one day after a day out to find our door had been left open by the maid . When mentioned to reception they didn't seem to take it too seriously . Nice touch with the christmas wreaths on the doors to each room but not on the top floor where we were and on mentioning this to reception on checkout we were told they were going to do it soon ( noticed this 2 days before so not sure if this was true and if it was...

"This place is not ready for the public yet, the room is very dated, the windows are very old and damaged, the carpet was disgusting, the bed sheets were not changed from the previous visit. The shower was not comfortable either. The gym was good, and the staff seemed friendly, but the hotel needs a major uplift to justify the room rates they are charging"
