"Our stay over all was good; checking in went pretty quickly, parking through valet was easy and accessible- using the link they provide that allowed our car to be downstairs by the time we came down, and the room was clean. Our only hiccup is we called for additional towels, four times and never received them within our stay there throughout the weekend. I ended up having to find housekeeping myself while they were cleaning on the hall to get additional towels. Overall, the stay was good."

"Very clean and incredibly convenient, safe location. Breakfast was more than adequate. My only gripe is that I called and spoke to a front desk agent about early check-in that morning, and I received it an email notification at 12 PM that it was available. However, when I arrived they required a $50 fee to do so (for 2 hours). Since it wasn't mentioned when I spoke to the agent it was a little disappointing to hear upon check-in, and seems excessive for 2 hours for a room that was already...
