"Novotel is definitely a great resort for families. It has a ton of amentities including a weekly activity schedule that has something for everyone. Free bicycles, tennis, kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. Always something to do if you'd prefer to stay on resort grounds. The staff are very friendly and are quick to help. "We had an amazing stay! Property is well maintained, rooms are large and comfortable, pool and beach are great! Good restaurant options! My only complain would be service and pool and restaurants, it was very slow. "

"I can't recommend this resort enough! It is geared towards families, but I traveled alone and had a great time. The beach is beautiful, the pool was amazing, and the villa I stayed in was awesome! You will not be disappointed in this resort!"

"Overall satisfied -/ but complete shortage of sun loungers around pool and on the beach By 7 am most are taken and people may not arrive until lunchtime The resolution was for staff to put stickers up saying 30 mins and towels would be moved — didn’t happen "

"The location room and service are all excellent and could not fault anything but have 3 small suggestions. The breakfast buffet could offer a wider cereal or more western choices but the food available was excellent quality. Secondly as the windows have Venetian blinds the bedroom is not completely dark especially if the room is next to a resort light. So suggest an additional blackout blind. "Massive property.. Not sure i was expecting such a large property. With a large guest count as well. The beachfront is a large social gathering. The food and drink prices are inflated. But fair in my opinion. Its a large 5 star property. Nothing to be shocked about. Definitely a great place to visit for a couple of nights "

"Definitely would book here again! The hotel staff were amazing! Breakfast buffet was plentiful. Kitchen staff is wonderful and food is good here. One hiccup we faced was our deep sea fishing trip was cancelled, but we were not notified by hotel staff due to weather related issue earlier, which was understandable, however we waited in the lobby for 30mins then told our driver was not coming.
