"The unit is very nice and clean. It appears that the unit has not been set up for guest. The lock box was brand new and the batteries were not even installed. The microwave oven was not even plugged in. However, the overall stay was nice and pleassant."

"Beautiful garden like resort. We had an amazing garden/ocean view from our large deck. Breakfast buffet was very good as well as lunch and dinners. The resort is on a slope so although not a long walk it is steep to get down to the pool, beach and restaurant. Great service from friendly staff especially Pran at the front desk. Highly recommend. The only issue we had was the wifi wasn’t stable and you can’t get any English on the TV or access Netflix. "

"The new resort is located next to Apec Mandala Condotel. It’s very quiet, private, and low-key, with a high vantage point offering a wide ocean view – quite different from the older resorts along Nguyễn Đình Chiểu Street. "It was one of the best choice that I ever had ever. Everthings was perfect from begining till the end. The room was so nice, so close to the beach and pool. Breakfast also was excellent. Don’t forget to have dinner here, the pot hot is signature here wih full of topping and the big one can serve for party of 3 or 4 persons.the eggrolls was also more than my expectation. The environment was so peaceful, clean and staffs service are full of smile and kindness. Highly suggest for everyone."

"We didn't really want to leave!! We had an amazing 6 nights there and enjoyed every minute of it. The only negative would be that the menu for lunch/dinner remained the same the whole time (bar one specials night) so we ate at other restuarants a couple of nights."

"When we check in the staff didnt come with us and show us where the room is. The room dont have the list of items. After that when we check out they said they lost the dish in room , but when we come in doesn't have any dish in the kitchen."

"The building is very new and modern. Rooms and pool are very nice. Some food options and a nice pool bar. The check in process was not the greatest but it was figured out pretty quickly. Beware it is also very windy. "

"Super Friendly staff, rooms clean promptly and very "discretey".... the resort's lush garden was emaciated the pool clean cool and tempting ,restaurant delicious food and beverage excellent if want to try local " fair" short stroll up the road .... Great place to stay and affordable compared to western mind sets "

"The location, food available and staff were fantastic. The pool is nice and pleasant and so was our room (Double Sea-View). Shops and other restarants/bars nearby. It is a perfect hotel to unwind and relax with plenty of loungers available on the private beach. Võ Bích Thùy, who works in the Waterlily restaurant, was a great waitress! Her friendliness and enthusiasm was awesome, and she warned me away from having a raw fish dish one night (I wasn't aware it'd be raw) so is aware that whats suitable for some nationalities may not be okay for others. There were very few British guests at Hoang Ngoc Resort, and this, for us, was a bonus. It was a very pleasant escape for 9 nights and extremely good value for money. Although it is a 3.5hr drive, the hotel provides a modern air-conditioned transfer taxi with a safe and experienced driver who collected us and took us back to Saigon for only £60 each way! The gardens are exceptionally lovingly maintained and a brilliant addition to the Resort. The tropical fish, birds, and butterflies are all lovely and make the morning walk from the rooms to the pool/beach an absolute delight. All in all it provided great value for money and a wonderful escape from the thriving hustle and bustle of Saigon."
