"We travelled from Canada and had an excellent 3 day stay here after touring Vietnam. Overall a wonderful experience! The rooms were new and spacious, pools were perfect, food choices were excellent and customer service was wonderful. Breakfast buffet (included) was a highlight of our day! Food/drink prices were more expensive than in other parts of Vietnam ( as others have noted) but still very reasonable compared to Canada. "Palace long hai was the perfect retreat after a good Vietnam holidays touring from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh. Right from the welcoming reception at the resort by Van (Natalie) to the wonderful bell Tuan to the nice Tuong in the restaurant, every one was so good. The resort has a fabulous swimming pool and the cottages are very nice. Opposite the resort is the Long hai beach, which is very clean. Overall we stayed two nights . Highly recommended."

"It not provides beach towel, they said we must buy beach towels if we wantvto have one. There is beach but need to have a long walk through other property, there are no sunbed, just chairs...there are nothing around hotel need to take a car and have a long drive to find restaurants. Breakfast from 6:30 till 9am :(. We paid more than average in the area, thinking maybe we can get a nice hotel but it was not worth for what we paid for. The bathroom has a bad smell. "We loved our weekend at River Ray! I went with a couple friends and my dog, and we all had a lovely time. Very relaxing at the pool and the beach. We even got upgraded to a sweet villa! The staff we great and it was nice to see other people there with their dogs. But the resort area was still clean! The only downside was that the beach is covered in plastic (not the reaort’s fault!) and there was a loud camping group nearby playing extremely loud music. I never really understood if they were...
