"We had a great experience when we first stayed here 6-7 years ago therefore we had book the stay again. We felt the experience was not that same and the hotel is a little run down and did not maintain its original appearance. The carpet needs to be replaced and the room not prestine like it is used to. Overall the customer service is superb but the appearance of the hotel is now mediocre compared to other hotels. Not sure if I want to come back again the next time I come in town. "

"I booked rooms for a one stay wuth family members. The staff were professional and courtesy. The hotel rooms were nice and the provided amenities like water, teas and coffee for free. Breakfasr was good and plenty of options.The wifi in my room was slow so it was a little frustrating trying to do some work.
