"Great hotel, great and helpful staff, very clean and has a really nice feel to it! Loved the pool area and the beach and the whole hotel so so well maintained. The vilas were beautiful and staff kept coming to give us free water and were so prompt with their service. Language is a bit of an issue in Vietnam but no complaints from the hotel, loved our stay! "Lovely large clean rooms with outside space too. Reception were so very helpful. I would recommend this place - taxis to the centre are cheap and plentiful. Think they would be better offering yoghurt and fruit and reducing choices. Breakfast was adequate. May be good for the business to seek crisps nuts etc for snacks "

"Wonderful staff. Nice facility and quiet away from the main city which I like. You can rent moped at the hotel for the day and ride around the island. Hotel can also arrange a ride for you to wherever you want to go. Round trip to night market is 650,000vnd for 6 of us which is not bad. Only thing I would suggest is to add porridge to the buffet breakfast and have more variety of food on the menu for lunch and dinner. The hotel recovered by transferring us to another villa where some phones weren’t working and the pool lights were malfunctioning, which they sent some staff to fix.
