Great location and lovely spacious room. Outside shower was a welcome surprise and much needed in the sweltering heat of HCMC. Pool area was small and limited loungers, but pool was a god size. Lovely staff throughout the hotel. Breakfast was geared more towards local guests but still plenty of continental choices. Complimentary afternoon tea and cakes was also nice.

We loved our stay - great pool, sauna & steam room; clean and quiet room, great breakfast & afternoon included. The staff were so helpful and every point of service was 5 star! The hotel is right by the popular street (Nguyen Hue) which filled with lots of shopping and restaurants. Only downside is how they made their bathroom, we knew going in based on previous reviews- but the shower area because they made the curtain peremable to water be careful where you spray it or else whole floor will be wet. It’s also design they made. Overall, excellent service and very convenient.

This hotel was in a perfect position, walkable to both the main tourist areas as well as where the locals live and eat. The staff were friendly and helpful and the entrance to the hotel is stunning. Breakfast was nice, had the basics of what you need to start the day and change ups to the menu each morning. Room was clean and bed was comfortable, on level 9 I couldn’t hear street noise which was great. Would recommend and return.

Good location, spacious room, nice staff. The bathroom is old and needs upgrade. It was impossible to take a shower without the water running in the bathroom floor. The pool is nice and clean and well appreciated to cool off at the end of a hot day.

It’s the staff who made the difference. Very polite and welcoming, and also helpful. Breakfast was very good and also afternoon tea, both included. Otherwise not much in the way of food options. Located near the sky deck tower so easy to find

This is a good hotel in downtown HCMC, Vietnam. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was good and the food was fine too. I booked the hotel with flights from and to UK, and the cost was very reasonable. I was happy to spend 5 nights there and would recommend it to others.
