"We loved our 5 night stay here. It’s our second time at Legacy and we were still really impressed. Our room was upgraded and very comfortable. Staff are very friendly (especially Jenny) and we appreciated the sweet touch of a slice of cake on my husband’s birthday. Convenient location as only a short Grab or shuttle bus into town. "Love this location! Anytime I travel to Hoi An, I stay here. Would like for them to bring back the local snacks (free) at with reservations but that doesn't take away the awesome customer service. The staff are wonderful and the hotel is VERY clean."

"Nice hotel in a beautiful little city. Easy to walk to everything and plenty pf tour options available at the travel desk. Only two minor complaints, a walk in shower would be much nicer than a shower in the bathtub, and in our room at least (161) there was no electrical power point near the kettle. Small items, but noticeable. "

"Very nice and helpful staff, all of them. Cozy and homey hotel. Great breakfast. And excellent Vifi. The lady in does a great job!!! I think her name was Thu?! Sorry, something like that, she is exellent! I had a bamboo treatment and facial, 5 star for her! You'll fi d everything you need in your room and washroom.just a very small issue: the air-conditioning made a noise all the time (first i thought it was the washroom fan running!). Everything else was good."
