"Some of the customer service reps weren't very friendly and wanted to upcharge me for bringing my daughter along. Thankfully upon check-in the attendant waived the fee. Overall it was a nice hotel, but I am not sure if it's worth the price you pay."

"I liked about the location and the cleanliness. The price is cheaper compared to other hotels so I was OK with shared bathroom. However, there was no breakfast which was a bit upsetting. If you need a quiet place to sleep, you can have problems here since it is a very small place, like a single-person dorm. I stayed for the new year's eve so I did not bother about the noise. Overall, it was a nice stay in terms of its location and cleanliness. "

"The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were very attentive and were very quick to deliver extra pillows and a phone charger. Parking at $40 a day is expensive. "

"It is a beautiful hotel! The beds were comfortable and the deluxe queen room was spacious for a girls weekend away. The restaurant has great Yorkshire bites that you need to try! The waitress and chef even made them a few minutes earlier than the happy hour to accommodate our timing. "

"Hotel was great and we selected it to be near Dundas and Young st. We did not realize how grubby that area of Toronto was. The Eaton Center was nice though."
