Katie took care of me right away and when I got there that evening, I had a clean and quiet room. One of the best nights of sleep that I’ve ever had while traveling. There’s was even a hand written note with some a drink and some snacks to welcome me. Very nice touch!"

Upon checking in just from the unkept and lack of cleaning from the lobby, i could tell. We immediately requested a refund and why. The manager who stated the system wouldnr allow and that he just work there, we knew qas the actual owner. Its sad people falsely advertise thier establishment and take advantage of people and thier hard earning. We even offered to pay for 1 night and...
