"This location is perfect if you want to be close to Louisville but not in the heart of it. Easy commute. However, the rooms are very dated, our toilet was running when we got there and die awhile so we had to get a different room where the heater was not hardly working. No vending machines anymore for snacks/drinks and the restaurant chooses by 9. "

"The staff members were friendly. They greeted us each time we went in and out The person working the front desk when we checked in was slammed when 5 people were checking in at the same time and the computer system was not cooperating. There was also a drunk hotel guest she was dealing with. She was doing a great job trying to check people in while keeping an eye on the drunk guest. The cleaning team was great as well. We had to switch rooms because the blinds in our first room didn’t work....

"I already had a reservation, but called the morning of checking in and asked for an interior room away from as much noise as possible. Katie took care of me right away and when I got there that evening, I had a clean and quiet room. One of the best nights of sleep that I’ve ever had while traveling. There’s was even a hand written note with some a drink and some snacks to welcome me. Very nice touch!"
