"the front desk was not very together. Had my reservation messed up. Had to show them my bank statement to prive it was paid for. When i was leaving sunday morning the young man almost insisted i give him my debit card to pay for it again, which i wouldnt do. So once again i was embarrassed with having to pull up my banking statement to prove it was paid for. Twice i was embarrassed during this stay. Probably wont pick this hotel again, the room was clean and nice but not worth my honest being...

"Checked in late on a road trip, got our room and sheets were a little stained so we just asked for some new ones to replace and the front desk rep upgraded us to a suite!! Great hot breakfast. Highly recommend. "
