"the front desk was not very together. Had my reservation messed up. Had to show them my bank statement to prive it was paid for. When i was leaving sunday morning the young man almost insisted i give him my debit card to pay for it again, which i wouldnt do. So once again i was embarrassed with having to pull up my banking statement to prove it was paid for. Twice i was embarrassed during this stay. Probably wont pick this hotel again, the room was clean and nice but not worth my honest being...

"We stayed here to rest as we drove from Northern Illinois to New Orleans. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel is. Extremely clean, comfortable and spacious. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was phenomenal. Many choices and delicious. Highly recommend this hotel! "
