The house is just far enough away to gaze at all the stars you can't see in the city. Also, not too far from anything like stores, fishing spots, etc. House was perfect for us. Nick thought of all the little things that people might need while visiting. Nick is also the best host I've ever been in contact with!...

"We had a great stay. This property is exactly as advertised, and is a great retreat. We had an event in Fulton MO which brought us from Nebraska (and ultimately from AZ).... and we could not have asked for a better stay. The host was awesome, and communicated great, check in was a breeze and the place was perfect. Overlooking a pond, a short hike to a creek, and close enough to the places we needed to go. And not to mention the wildlife! We saw at least 50 deer during the few days we were there....
