"The location of this hotel is phenomenal. I was able to walk to everything I wanted to see in the downtown area. They also offer a shuttle to and from the stadium if you’re seeing a game! The staff was all extremely friendly and accommodating. I arrived at 10am and luckily was able to do an early check in. The room is very spacious, and has a full length mirror! The linens and towels were all clean and fresh, but there were set-in old stains all over the carpet, walls, and chair. The shower head...

"This is the third time I’ve stayed at the Clayton Plaza Hotel and it has been just right every time. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is an excellent bonus. The rooms are spacious and clean. Our room had a huge shower and a bathtub. "

"This was a beautiful place, and the concierge was extremely helpful with the parking, which was in an open lot 2 blocks away. The room was right next to Lafayette Square and its was easy to get to the French Quarter from there."

"Unfortunately the pipes froze and broke right before we arrived at the hotel but the staff was amazing and relocated us and provided transportation to our new hotel. They went above and beyond and couldn’t have been nicer in spite of the challenging conditions that they were facing. We were sorry not to stay there but will try again next time we’re in town."
