"The house was beautiful and located in a great location to hit both Eureka Springs and Branson. It had all amenities we needed. The only downfall of our stay was that the WiFi didn’t work so the tv wouldn’t stream; it wasn’t a huge deal, we just had to use the hotspot on our phones. Would definitely recommend!"

"The only issue we had was the mustiness upon first entry. Once we got the air on and circulating it was not noticeable. The room was very clean and nice. Looked to be updated fairly recently and was so cute! Plenty of towels, which I loved. Host left some yummy cinnamon rolls and a gift card to a local restaurant (which we ate at and was wonderful!) Will be adding this cottage to our list of places to return to. "

"We had a wonderful time staying at Sadie’s cottage. The photos and description are accurate. The location was perfect. You feel far away from the busyness of Branson but in reality you are close to everything. We enjoyed the hot tub in the cold temperature. We would love to return again. "

"My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Cozy Cottage! From start to finish, Amber made everything seamless—scheduling, check-in, and departure were all a breeze. The house itself was spotless, well-stocked, and had plenty of room for four adults to sleep and relax comfortably. The charming decor and peaceful surroundings made it the perfect getaway. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!"
