"I booked on Hotels.com. Front desk agent did not understand pre-authorization & trued to double authorize charges. Was not given free water on arruval as a Bonvoy member. I had to ask about check out time and if there was a breakfast. Staff needs training. Even a 2nd make employee was confused on how to check me out. I worked 15 years in a hotel, checkout should take 2 minutes. The night auditor posts charges and bills cc. All you do is turn in keys and get a printed receipt. "
