"It was fun for the kids and the housekeepers and staff at breakfast were amazing and so accommodating. I was disappointed in the check-in the front desk staff member was not helpful at all in directing me to the complimentary cold water and his annoyance with me asking where it was located was palpable. I discovered it a couple hours later... it was not a welcoming way to start my stay. "
