"Beautiful property. Really unique and special. The buggies around the property are really efficient so being on the hill is not an issue - just amazing views. Staff in restaurants are amazing and food options are good value and delicious. Staff in reception not very good. You do not feel there is anyone in charge. Check in process is poor. Rooms are dark. Beach not as nice as many on the island. "

"We loved it here, it’s in the quieter area of phi phi but a short boat ride to Ton Sai Pier if you want the party! It had a great little beach area and a section of the sea cordoned off for swimming and snorkelling where lots of different fish can be seen. "Amazing stay here at this beautiful and luxurious 5 star resort. Pancake at the spa took great care of me and I felt so relaxed after the treatment. Crystal clear water and white sand await you here. The pools were great as well especially the fun pool. The staff were all very friendly and very attentive. "I had a one bedroom seaview room and first arrived as the sun was setting which looked absolutely incredible. I was welcomed with a fruit bowl which was lovely and a nice touch. The bed was huge, which was great and I had a massive TV. The room was very clean and had a lovely balcony which looked over the pool as well as the view to the sea. The pool was fantastic, it had a swim-up bar serving great cocktails. Even the lobby is incredible and a great place to chill out in. Staff were friendly and would helpfully offer assistance. "
