"The facilities and the standard of the rooms was excellent. The majority of the staff was great however, I did find some of the staff to lack basic courtesy and not all residence was treated the same. Two examples, 1. Check in was delayed and I had to wait, no apology or complimentary drink offered although other residents was offered but not to me. Hotel itself double the price it should really cost to get from mainland to Phi Phi...guess that's the norm if you don't know Thailand. Great breakfast choices. Rooms were lovely, fancied a bath though. Venture furthur round bay by road for a more realistic hotel experience. "
