"I have been going to tis property for 6 years It has not changed. Tv`s didn't work then , useless now, lights not working or that you could not switch off at night. The hotel is in a great location but requires refurbishment immediately. Its desperate for some money spending on it. Booked and paid for through Expedia but staff not aware we were arriving or if it had been paid for. Requires attention !"

"The villas are decent size, very clean. Pool is nice and staff are very helpfull. A bit far from Aonang Beach. Either need a car or get a tuk tuk to get there. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!"

"The location is 5-10 mins walk from Phuket town. Also right next to the bus terminus. Where you can take a bus to airport or Krabi. Pools are nice. I enjoyed the basic room but that’s my preference. Rooms are good size. "

"Fue una muy agradable sorpresa. Es un hotel boutique muy bien cuidado y con una ubicación envidiable. Desde allí se puede caminar por las calles más frecuentadas del Old Phuket. Está rodeado de tiendas, cafes, barras y restaurantes, algunos de ellos con recomendaciones michelin. Pero sobre todo, lo más importante es que tienen un personal increible, dispuesto en todo momento a ayudar con una sonrisa muy grande."

"The staff was rude and not welcoming at all. They made us feel so uncomfortable that only stayed 1 night and changed hotel for the rest of our stay on the island. Even for breakfast I arrived at 10.01 and they refused to serve because kitchen was closing at 10am. On top of that, the pictures looks much nicer than reality (dirty pool, no real beach behind..) I do not recommend at all this hotel."

"Lovely little family owned b & b. Hosts are super friendly & helpful. Location is good, beach & shops 5 minutes walk away. WiFi excellent. Ice helped us rent scooters & organised transfers. Thanks for a great stay. "
