This hotel is amazing! very convenient from everything, in the beginning when we first got there, the door would not locked, but the management took immediate action and put us into another room, we felt a lot safer, not that there is danger there because they have security all night, besides that, I recommend this hotel

They have a mosquito problem in the rooms which could be combated and the room itself is quite outdated, but ok for a couple of days stay.

This hotel is located in a really good spot. We were worried that there’d be a lot of noise at night preventing us from sleeping but it was actually quiet inside. They also let us check in earlier which was very handy.

Shad I think the luggage assistant name is? what a beautiful human being and is assist to the hotel what a kind human being. All the staff are friendly and professional the hotel is in an excellent location 2 min walk from the pier with the 7eleven right on your door step. This hotel was right in the middle of everything! Depending on what you like, that can be good or bad. The upside is that the hotel is only a few minutes from the ferry. The staff were very welcoming, the room was clean, and including breakfast was a good thing, since it was a buffet with an option for custom eggs / omelettes. The swimming pool was nice, but had limited deck chairs and no real shaded area in the hot sun. You could shop and wander to different beach areas, but I found this location of Phi Phi very packed with people and boats coming in and out of the harbour. While it is a good jumping off point, I would suggest a couple nights in a more remote area of the island where it is not so busy

Tried to check in at 12 they said come back at 2pm for scheduled check in, at 2pm the rooms were not ready. Staff was bothered we were upset that our room were not ready, had to wait hour and half past check in time. They said they would transport our bags to the boat. Meaning we would pick them up at the boat. later we found out we had to go back to the hotel to retrieve our bags and rush to the boat to make it on time. Very confusing. No food or drinks by the pool so no bar service, no music. The sitting area was ok but only had 6 loungers and 4 chairs total. We were a family of 4 so must of the time we didnt have chairs for all of us. Large bulky keys but they will hold them at the front desk so you dont lose them, you just have to ask for them each time you come back. Breakfast offered was good, omelet station and crispy bacon and toast, few other asian options were offered. Could was to everything from the hotel, that was a great plus.
