"I love every hi"

"This is our return stay at the hotel. The same type of room is bigger this time. No VIP upgrade. We did received the two drinks. The room is facing the pool and BTS, much better window views. Free minibar. The staff were great and always greet or hold the door/elevator. There are construction noises from the hallway due to the 7.7 earthquake. They worked until 8pm to get one of the wall slab replaced. There are cosmetic cracks at the emergency staircase that were also repaired. The breakfast buffet has lots of choices that it felt like a lunch buffet. Ice cream, hot drinks, and cold drinks are available. Asian cuisines are more focused. The pool and the gym were great. There are also a video game room for kids. The sauna and steam rooms are available along with shower and other amenities. "

"Really great place…no real complaints. It’s a bit hilly so a lot of up hill walking but they do have shuttles which are pretty convenient. You can take the shuttle to Karon beach as well HOWEVER last shuttle back is 6 so you can’t really go to Karon for dinner or see the sunset. But that said you could still use Grab to come back. Anyway highly recommended. "

"Its in a good area near the shopping malls. We were staying at the hotel when the earthquake happened. The hotel dining remained open. The concierge was so helpful to find a ride to the airport if not for the concierge we coule have missed our flight."

"Great property middle of the city "

"All staffs are absolutely kind and professional. The area is a bit remote but everything is inside the resort. 3 pools are amazing and spacious to accommodate everybody. Foods from bars and restaurants are spot on as well. The slide could be imrpoved tho."
