"The property was ideally located for our needs. We were disappointed that the lobby and restaurant was extremely cold and trying to get room service was an issue. Room phone did not work and number published in elevator was not helpful."

"Staff were friendly and accommodating. The room served its purpose for a one night stay in San Antonio. Nothing too fancy. Room was clean and the surrounding area was quiet. What I did not like is the parking but it was not a big deal. $40 for Valet park or park outside to the nearest parking lot. We opted for the Valet park and did not have a bad experience at all. Valet attendant got our car fast and they were friendly as well. Would recommend this place. "

"We enjoyed the easy access to the river walk, downtown, and shops. We loved the hotel branding on everything. The bed was very comfortable, the view was nice, and the staff was very polite and helpful. The entry way looks great, and the courtyard sitting area was awesome with the fountain and fire."

"Only bad thing I would really have to say is that they don't let you know there's a deposit we have to pay for every day we stay, and it's a high deposit. They should notify people as their booking about it. Wasn't able to really enjoy because the deposit we had to leave was our fun money. "
