"FRONT DESK GUY NAMED TYLER-WROTE THE WRONG ROOM NUMBER ON OUR KEYS AND TOLD US THE WRONG ROOM NUMBER SO WE SPENT 15 MINUTES TRYING TO GET INTO SOMEONE ELSES ROOM-NOT COOL AT ALL-THANKFULLY NOBODY WAS IN THE WRONG ROOM AT THE TIME BECAUSE IT COULD OF TURNED OUT VERY BADLY. DURING BREAKFAST THEY ONLY HAD 1 PERSON WORKING SO FOR 18.00 A PERSON THERE WAS VERY LIMITED FOOD OPTIONS OUT AND LADY KET SAYING THAT SHE WAS THERE BY HERSELF TO HELP THE 30 PEOPLE THAT WERE ALL TRYING TO GET FOOD.
