"We arrived early and spoke with Rachel. It was just after 1 pm and she was kind enough to allow us to check in early. There was an issue with the key machine. Rather than have us wait, we were escorted to our room and let in. A short time later when the key cards were ready, they were delivered to our room. I couldn’t be more pleased with the property, but the staff was above and beyond!"
