A very nice property located conveniently close and walkable to the Old Port district. Rooms were exceptionally clean and well appointed. Staff was helpful and courteous. On site restaurant is convenient although there are many great restaurants within walking distance. On site parking available for a daily fee. Pleased with hotel and I wouldn’t think twice about returning.

A fine hotel to explore Portland; in walking distance of about everything. It's a new building, but they made an effort to decorate it with a nautical theme. The a-la-carte breakfast however it not the best - fortunately there are several other options close by.

The staff at check in were so cheerful and full of food choice recommendations, not just pushing their own dining. One in particular told us about some ‘hidden finds’ and where we could get a light night eat after our concert. I had booked a king room with sofa and we were given the corner suite with an incredible view. We live in Maine but don’t stay in the city often. It was a real treat.
