"Very clean cute apartment with private entrance and porch. There was no drip coffee maker as mentioned, only a Keurig like machine. Parking on street was first come first serve and difficult to find a space sometimes. There was a door outside to a private laundry area that I thought was only for guests in house ( we did not use it) that was constantly slamming at all hours so I am not sure if there were other people using the area. Overall though was a nice area and cute property."

The location is so convenient to the beach and elevator service makes it very much easier for those with any physical disabilities. The info on how to access the unit is given prior to arrival so there is no check in desk to wait for anyone. We ate out entire week so we didn’t use stove, kitchen tools to rate, but assorted pots and pans, cups, utensils are available. Bay only 10 min walk, quiet, not crowded beach. Would stay here again!
