"Location location location applies to this property. Very nice spot in great area. Property is clean but lacks attention to detail. Large space but lacks on the little things that makes your stay that bit better and would qualify for 5stars all over. Non coffee table, no little tables to put drinks on, lousy internet. Had to use my sim data. I would return for sure but a little more attention to the minimal things would add so much. "

"This property was an easy walk to Te Anua Town Center. Lots of space available in this home and so good to have a washer and dryer and a sturdy drying rack. Ample towels and bedding. The beds were a bit hard for our tastes and the sofa a bit lumpy and difficult to get up from. Adding a larger mirror in the bathroom would be helpful or even a full length one somewhere in the house would be nice. Nice safe, secure, quiet location with ample windows and good shades for light control.wo"

"What a hidden gem. Fitzgerald cottage had everything we needed; it really is a hidden oasis in the middle of the CBD. My adult daughter commented that she wished she was friends with the owner as she has "the best taste ever" in decorating. Everything was comfortable, clean and just overall fantastic. Communication was great and we will definitely try to stay here again when next in Christchurch. Thank you for allowing us to stay here."

"I actually loved this space. It was clean, comfy, air conditioned. Everything worked properly. Free laundry and a grill. Netflix. The shower pressure was top notch. It's a little new-build off the main house but still completely private with its own driveway. Everything is a 5-minute walk. I was very happy with it. The only downside potentially is light coming through the sky-lights in the morning."

"The property was just as expected and perfect for us on our 18 day holiday in Christchurch. The weather was terrible, but the cottage was warm and comfortable. There was plenty of room for our things and we were able to entertain friends and family. Even though the surrounding area isn't inspiring, we were amazed how quiet it was, and the closeness of public transport was good. The downside could be parking, but we never had to park more than 50mtrs away. Ellen was really helpful and brought us...

"Very nice cottage in a great location. Lush beds provided a good night's sleep, lovely homely feel, well stocked pantry, went the extra mile to enquire what bread and milk we preferred. As a pet owner who was away from their dogs for 10 days, I loved that their pets were able to come and go if we wanted them too. Close to lots of food options. Would definitely recommend. "
