"Very clean house. Very convenient location to wineries and downtown. The house does have two bathrooms as listed but one is in the back of the house. We had two couples, one had to go to the back of the house for their bathroom. It worked but would have wanted one bathroom to be an en-suite and the other close to the bedroom. Listing was accurate just different than expected. "

"My 2nd time staying in Sunrise cottage and it was just as good as the first. House is very clean and has everything you need to cook meals. Beds are comfy and the location is great with the Four Square and takeaways across the road. Only thing missing is a BBQ."

"Great property walking distance (30 minutes) from Havelock North township. Property was clean, extremely comfortable, nestled in a pretty garden area. It was a perfect location for our seven day stay to visit family and visit local attractions such as Napier, Te Mata range and local restaurants and wineries."
