"👍 Like my review! We had a 2 night stay at Bella Vista Motel in Franz Josef, New Zealand as part of our journey across the country. We chose this place as it was central to the town, nearby Franz Josef Glacier Tour, had free parking, and was an excellent value. The room was also far from the main street allowing some peace and quiet after a long day. The checkin process was smooth with our assigned room but guests should contact them if their office closes. "This place was adequate for our two-night stay. Strong backpacker vibe, with free breakfast (waffles, cereal, toast) and evening soup. Helpful staff. The location was great. The room itself was dated and pretty small. I'd say this is a case of you get what you pay for. It was very affordable and great if you're looking to connect with other travelers, but I think I would personally spring for a place a bit more modern with more amenities next time. "

"This cabin is next level. The place is kept to the highest standard and the family that own it really care about your experience. The small details really made it for me. The milk bottles the jams and butter pots. I would find it hard for anyone to find fault with this place. If you want quite relaxed. This is your place. It's only 10 mins out of town.
