"My room was quite small but clean. Nice linens. It was very muggy and actually cold. No heat in the rooms and once the air conditioning went off the room smelled musty. The highlight of my stay was being served breakfast by Franchesca. She was friendly and very quick. Lovely girl. The hotel can make some easy improvements like having cups next to the chilled water container. Out of 4 days there were only cups once. Waiting for someone to notice to and give you a glass took forever. Carpets in...

"Nice property, a big more than I would to spend however. No large coffee cups for a good cup of coffee so I had to do the espresso shots in my personal tumbler and share with my friend. Good communication with guests via text but, not communication with front desk as they nee nothing of the happy hour 2 for 1. It is a bit of a walk to all the action on Duval if you have someone with mobility issues it as it is 1.3 mile walk to Caroline."

"The staff was wonderful and helpful. They let us store our luggage while we went to the beach. The shower tile was super grungy and smelled, and the light system was quite difficult to figure out. The pool looked dirty, but it was so close to the beach!. We will consider staying again."

"This place was confusing to check into as they have you do it at a different hotel two buildings over so if you needed something from them you also had to drive to the other building. the room was clean and had your basic necessities. I also thought I had left something behind that I ended up finding later but when I called and spoke with someone there, they seemed annoyed and weren't helpful."
