"If you are visiting SF without a car, this is a great hotel. You can walk within 5 min. to the following: muni subway, main bus terminal to gg bridge and Marin/Sonoma county, to BART, ferry terminal, cable cars to Chinatown, classic rail cars to fisherman’s warf, hop on hop off busses, cruise terminal. "The staff were extraordinarily helpful and friendly. Our bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever had in a hotel. We enjoyed the outdoor courtyard as well as the inviting indoor seating areas. The hotel restaurant offers tasty breakfast options as well. As is the case with most hotels in the city the parking fees seem excessively high but the valet staff were expedient and helpful. Our car was returned to us in good condition. "

Holiday Inn Express and Suites Fisherman's Wharf by IHG

Nice hotel but rude valet parking

"We enjoyed the size of the room. Great breakfast and good quiet and clean location. The valet parking staff were not friendly when we tried to pull the rental car in and install two car seats. They suggested we move into the street to do it despite having two young toddlers to watch and 10 pieces of luggage. He said we were making things “so complicated”even though we were trying to be safe. Not helpful. We would stay here again though. Perhaps not plan on parking or even pulling over here. "
