Near the end of the runway so could hear planes taking off - but to be expected at a property close to the airport - did not keep me from sleeping. "-Ideal location for the Chinese New Year celebration close but not in the thick of the noise and busyness. -The staff was not as friendly as most other hotels I stayed in, but they were there if you needed them. The room was very small but had everything you needed. The one bad, awful point was the bed mattress-- hardest I've ever slept on. OUCH -Overall, I gave it a good rating; I would stay there again when I revisit the San Francisco Chinatown area, but I would first check other hotels and...
