"We appreciated the water, coffee, snacks available. Each staff person was welcoming and helpful. Check-in and out was also very efficient. The location is very convenient, close to Chinatown, Little Italy, Cable car."

"Lovely hotel with excellent staff, great location, fun little complimentary sipping hour, and some discounts at neighbouring businesses. Jared was extra friendly and knowledgeable. Try the Escape Game next door if you have time. Overall a great experience. Would stay here again."

"Worth the extra money for a junior suite. Bed was comfortable and everything was super clean. Friendly staff, amazing amenities and delicious dining options at the hotel. The Post Room bar is a must, Casey was so fun to talk to and made our occasion so special! We also visited the Starlite Room which was so pretty. The vibe of the whole place was top notch… elevated service and 1930s glitz and glamour. We will be back asap. Be sure to read about the hotel history! "
