"This hotel makes a great impression. The staff are so kind, helpful and effective. I had only a tiny window of time to meet with my cousin and we did it in the wonderful lobby enjoying complimentary coffee and pastries. My room was hard to get toasty, but it wasn't cold. Amazing shower with a hand-held head. Everything was immaculate. Its a very short walk to the ferry terminal which is full of shopping and restaurants. "
