"Overall, very pleased with this stay and thought it was a good value. The house was clean and as shown in the listing. No significant negative comments to report. The only things keeping me from giving it 5/5 were minor, such as the hot tub seemed over chlorinated, some parts of the landscaping needed attention, and the furniture in the living and dining rooms were sufficient but not particularly comfortable or welcoming. "

"Although its not listed under the comforts section, it does not mention the house has no air conditioning, it only mentions heat. Where I'm from ac is a must and in every home so I naturally assumed it had it when booking. While it wasn't too hot, it was humid and uncomfortable. Theres a big beautiful refrigerator in the kitchen that doesn't work, you'll have to use the much smaller one in the garage. Only half the lights worked in the kitchen/ living area. The inside looked clean but there were...

"We were 2 families that enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and very spacious. Our favorite thing was the backyard. There was so much to do and it as a great space to relax after long days of sightseeing. "

"The neighborhood is a bit sketchy for walking the dog. Once the car was in the carport and the door closed behind us it was a very nice place to be. No gate to keep the dog in the patio/yard area. Weird valves in the shower, I never did figure it out…"

"The place was fabulous! Super clean with tons of amenities and plenty of room! All appliances were brand new! Centrally located to the freeway and 20 minutes from the beaches. Supermarket close by too! If I could give 10 stars I would. The host was very communicative and answered any questions immediately."
