"Excellent stay. It doesn’t have amenities like pool, or bar, or other fluff stuff, however we didn’t plan to stay in the hotel. We planned to see Chiang Mai and this hotel was exactly what we wanted. Was important to have a sofa so we can relax after a day out getting sweaty, having the sofa and not having to sit on the bed. I would recommend this place in a heart beat. If we ever come back to Chiang Mai, we will be staying here. "

"My partner and I had an amazing stay at Kavil House. The rooms were very clean and big enough to feel comfortable. I did not have a cell phone and my airline lost my luggage. The staff was extremely helpful and diligent in personally reaching out to the airport to keep my updated on the status of my bag. The owners are so friendly. Located on a quiet, safe alleyway in the center of town. I would recommend this stay to anyone."

"I stayed on the top floor with 2 balconies, you have a great view of Chiang Mai, the room is very nice with enough windows to let in a lot of natural light in, the bathroom fittings surprisingly is up to western standards. The Hotel is close to almost everything in the old city. The Swimming pool was bigger than I thought. The only downsides are they don’t serve a full breakfast but there’s very nice cafes a few meters away to eat a good breakfast."
