Pingviman Hotel

4.0 star property
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (404)
"We had our first visit here in 2019, only 3 years after it had been built, so it was very new and beautiful. The experience was heightened by very attentive staff. So much so we longed to go back. Six years later, we have just spent over a week here, and although it is still lovely, it feels a tad unloved compared to before. This might be due to time and age. The bicycles they had to offer guests to use for free were so lovely back in 2019, but they no longer offer these. Nor is the room service...

"Hotel canceled on me, without explanation, less than an hour before I headed to the airport, so I scrambled to find another hotel at the last minute. I don't know what was going on, but it wasn't easy finding a hotel I liked at the last minute. Not a happy camper."

"Super hotel and property in good location close to the city. Unfortunately it was slightly overshadowed by the loud music every night from the bar across the river making it less than tranquil. All the staff in the hotel were helpful and friendly assisting us to organise trips and tips for where to eat. "

Nanya Hotel Chiang Mai

3.0 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (114)
"Upon arrival to the property, the building itself is cozy and not hard to find. There are no stairs which we weren’t aware of. The ac controller wasn’t working so they fixed it for me. The toilette had no shower do so when you shower water is all over the place making it hard to use the restroom afterwards. They don’t give you much toiletries. The breakfast is just toast coffee and tea. The laundry service is amazing though and the staff is friendly but get through things quickly without...
