"The villa is very conveniently located, at the heart of the old town, walkable to most attractions and just 3 minutes walk to the weekend night market street. Staff is friendly, and a tour desk is situated at the front lobby. The room is spacious, with nice balcony. Unfortunately the jacuzzi in the room is not in working condition, towels are a bit old, and breakfast choices are limited. Overall experience is good. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Khum Phaya resort. Coming from busy Bangkok, the serenity of the pool and gardens was a wonderful change. The breakfast was delicious and staff were very friendly and helpful when needed. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well appointed with minibar and fridge. Down the street (a short walk) was a Big C with a night street market which was excellent for all sorts of fresh local cuisine at very affordable prices. We had a fabulous stay at the Khum Phaya...

"Stayed here for two nights for the second time. Nice property as one would expect from the Shangri-La. Nice room with the mountain view and very comfortable bed. Facilities are great, gym is big and has variety of equipments, enough of cardio and weight. There are also steam, sauna and jacuzzi. Overall, very nice facilities. Breakfast is great, nice options from Western to Eastern style. Location is OK but you need a car to go around. There is no restaurant in a walking distance. We rented...
