"The staff at this place and the attentiveness is the best part. They helped us plan all of our excursions, gave us great recommendations on places to go, things to eat and restaurants to visit. Chiang Mai Marriott Hotel

5.0 star property
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (1001)
"We were staying in the hotel when the earthquake struck on March 28. The management and staff were extraordinary in their response to the emergency - compassionate, calm and practical. After evacuating into the 97 degree's heat they provided us with water. 3 hours later sandwiches came out. Management provided regular updates. I have never been treated so well by a hotel under such difficult circumstances. Truly remarkable - a credit to Marriott, Chaing Mai and Thailand."
