"I had a staycation at this hotel, which is conveniently located next to Orchard Gateway, and near 313@Somerset and Orchard Central. The nearest MRT station is Somerset. The check-in process was smooth. The receptionist on the first floor was friendly and directed me to the 10th floor. The staff who checked me in was both professional and welcoming. However, the service during checkout was inconsistent. I was disturbed at 9 AM by room service knocking on the door, asking if I needed room...

"Our stay was pleasant. Our room had a musty mildew smell coming from the bathroom. When we informed the hotel, they tried a deodorizer for 20 minutes but when it didn't help, they moved us from a 2 double bed room, to a one bedroom king suite with 2 rollaway beds for the kids. They were extremely apologetic and left us a personalized note and a plate of fruit for our troubles. The pool was a good size (25m long) with a rope marking off the deep end which was good for safety but made swimming...

"Overall it’s a nice place, centrally located near Sommerset and MRT station. The bedroom with attached bathroom is a bit too small. Good to have TV in each room & lounge but IPTV connection is not stable, hung every now and then, in fact every time we use it. There’s also no proper drop off place so not friendly for people who need assistance."

"We would have liked it very much if Wotif had not overbooked and the room we had booked and paid for in Singapore was not available. We have NEVER experienced this before through any accommodation booking platform. This left us stranded in Singapore in a tropical storm with no hotel room. We are in our 70s and this was not appreciated, causing unnecessary stress and extra cost (extra taxi and hotel room). We will be seeking full refund and compensation from Wotif. "
